Oguz Can Ozcanli
Oguz Can Ozcanli is a composer, arranger, pianist and producer from Izmir, Turkey now residing in Los Angeles. He is a graduate of the world-renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, USA with a degree in Contemporary Writing and Production.
He has composed music for many movies and TV shows appearing on Netflix, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, NBC, CBS, ABC and many other channels/platforms.
Some of the past credits include National Geographic’s TV Movie ‘’Billy The Kid: New Evidence’’ by 20 Century FOX, starring and co-produced by Kevin Costner; TV Series “Making It” by NBC Universal starring Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman; Discovery Channel’s TV Series “Killing Fields” executive produced by the Academy Award-Winning “Rain Man” director Barry Levinson and Tom Fontana (Oz, Homicide). "Infiltrator" is a dark, sparse and dramatic pulsating thriller album distributed by Revolt Production Music. Trailer music for "Spirits" and "Elle" produced by Pece Dingo.
Most recently, Oguz has composed the music for "Why” Directed by Farhan Alam. On June 2018. Oguz released his 2nd single “Sunset Bossa consisting of 3 time Grammy winner and 14 time Grammy nominated bass guitar virtuoso John Patitucci, 2018 Latin Jazz Grammy winner and Emmy winner guitarist Claudio Ragazzi, Grammy Music Educator Award Nominee Whitney Houston’s former pianist Jetro Da Silva playing Oguz’s composition. In this production Oguz served as a composer and a producer, which was recorded at Sonic Fuel Studios El Segundo CA. Sunset Bossa is distributed worldwide through iTunes, Spotify and Amazon.
