Juliana Kopp

Juliana Kopp is a singer, songwriter, and performer from London, Canada. She began her musical journey at the age of four, studying classical piano until she switched to singing at age nine. She played trumpet for six years in concert band, and sang in a choir where she discovered her love for singing harmonies. Juliana attended school at Selkirk College and graduated in 2022, and then transferred to Berklee College of Music where she graduated in 2024. 

Throughout her journey as a musician, Juliana has achieved many accomplishments. In 2019, she placed third in Battle of the High school Bands in her hometown. It was her first performance with The Triad, a band she put together only two months before the show. She was able to write her first original songs with the group and prepare a performance in a very short amount of time. In April 2022 Juliana received a grant to do an “emerging artists'' performance in Nelson, BC at the Capitol Theatre.

While living in Boston, Juliana would often perform around the city with her band Juju and the Berries. The band would also frequently go into the recording studio together to record Juliana’s original songs. Juliana currently has two singles out on all streaming platforms: “Not Sorry”, and “Deadweight”. She is currently working on her first album which will be out in October 2024.

Juliana loves teaching and sharing music with others, and seeing the joy it brings them. She loves to be able to share her knowledge of music with others, and also learn from her students. Juliana’s teaching style is to be flexible to every student’s needs. She knows that everyone’s learning style is different, and she is happy to adapt to make every lesson easy and fun!
