Brianna Bobbit
As an experienced drummer and teacher Brianna Bobbitt has a passion for music that has taken her around the world and in a full circle back to Teaching. Growing up in Flagstaff, Brianna played drums all through out her childhood and started her studies at Berklee college of music. After graduating from Berklee in 2021 she started her career as a full time drummer.
Since then, Brianna has been working as a drummer on cruise ships, bringing her dynamic energy to performances night after night in over 20 different countries. Alongside her performance career, Brianna has cultivated a strong teaching background, specializing in audition prep and hybrid drumming techniques.
Brianna’s musical approach comes from a place of raw vulnerability, and evoking groove. She strives to help artists bring their “bedroom” produced music to a live setting and believes that all forms of music and art inform one another. Having identified solely as a drummer in her early years, Brianna struggled to find herself in a melodically driven world.
With a desire to express herself further, she developed a vast knowledge of production, arranging, and electronic performance and now incorporates all of these concepts into her musicianship and distinct drumming sound and style. She has the ability to create and run backing tracks, trigger samples, and process/automate vocal and instrumental effects. In working closely with artists, Brianna brings their sonic conceptualizations to reality on stage. Additionally, Brianna has recorded and released her own original music.
