Amanda Fandos

Amanda Fandos is a composer, conductor, and pianist from Barcelona, Spain. After being awarded a scholarship at Berklee College of Music she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Composition and Film Scoring, specializing in Orchestral Conducting and Music for Video Games.

Her career as a pianist started at 6 years old as a classically trained musician and later on, she started learning other genres such as Pop, Rock, Blues, and Jazz. Since very young she also began to show interest as a composer. Nowadays, she has worked on many projects including compositions for film & media (Genethic) as well as concert music. Most recently she also collaborated as an orchestrator for musical theatre (Iscariot). She has 12 years of teaching experience working with private piano lessons and music academies preparing students for official exams at the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music” (ABRSM) and at the Conservatory. She works with a wide range of ages and levels, from 3 years old to adults.

She is very flexible, always adapts to the student's needs, and finds a way to make the learning experience fun and enjoyable.
